Welcome to the Station's Test Drive

Here, you will have the chance to try your character's voice out before apping them into the game. Feel free to play out in whatever means you would like - through the Station's communicators which are video and voice or either one alone, through action tags or prose, or whatever else you wish.

Please note that testing a character here does not guarantee that you have a reservation on that character. You may reserve a character HERE. Also note that this may be used as one of your samples for your application, though the mods may ask for more if what is provided is not considered sufficient. Finally, any thing played out on the test drive will not be considered character canon until after your character has woken up on the Station, as each character is given a unique scenario for their character's waking upon acceptance to the game.

"Bit of a mystery then," she muses thinking to herself that someone's just got to know how to get off.

"Nice to meet you, Veena," she continues to pet the cat a bit longer before straightening and looking over at Trever with a small grin.

"And you as well Trever." She tries not to think that the last time she was in a space station it didn't end very well. "I'm Rose." she added quickly.

"So then how long have you been here?"

"Everyone says hi to the cat first," he says with a grin and not at all insulted. Veena gives him a look of, of course they do, it's only right and proper. "Rose eh? I have a little cousin named Rose."


He stares up at the ceiling, mentally counting. "Ten months? I think? I've lost track."

"Well Veena does look charming. Not surprised." she says glad that he isn't insulted. After all it was not her intention.

"Ten months?" Her expression turns to surprise. "Where you a bit of a travller before this?"

Hey. Cats are excellent ways to meet girls. He has totally not used Veena to let him introduce himself to girls. Nope. Not at all. That would be wrong and taking advantage of his cat's cuteness.

"She's very charming, as long as you're doing what you want she wants you to do."

In typical cat fashion, Veena has decided she is bored with the humans and teleports over to a table to see if there's something interesting over there. Oh. Joy! Someone left a spoon on the table. And now the spoon goes flying off of the table.

"Well, what do you mean by traveling?" Trever has learned here that his definition of traveling might be different than others.

Cats and bossiness doesn't really surprise her. She had a cat once growing up but they of course had a mind of their own and eventually ran away.

"A bit bossy, then? No surprise there. They can be like that can they?" She laughs for a moment.

When Veena teleports that manages to surprise the blonde and she turns her head to look at the table.

"That's a bit different," she points out.

"Oh you know, seeing other places and different times. OR just roaming around your planet." Really she's done a bit of both but misses all that time and space traveling.

Veena adopted Trever. He found her as a kitten on a dark and stormy night half drowned in the gutters.

"Well, she is the one in charge in this relationship." He doesn't seem to be surprised at the teleporting. "You get used to it. I don't know how she does it, but you get used to it."

Then. "Well, I've been to Fairy and traveled a bit around Earth, but this is my first time in a different time or in space."
