The Station: Test Drive

Welcome to the Station's Test Drive

Here, you will have the chance to try your character's voice out before apping them into the game. Feel free to play out in whatever means you would like - through the Station's communicators which are video and voice or either one alone, through action tags or prose, or whatever else you wish.

Please note that testing a character here does not guarantee that you have a reservation on that character. You may reserve a character HERE. Also note that this may be used as one of your samples for your application, though the mods may ask for more if what is provided is not considered sufficient. Finally, any thing played out on the test drive will not be considered character canon until after your character has woken up on the Station, as each character is given a unique scenario for their character's waking upon acceptance to the game.

There's a beat as Harry takes a pause. "Yep." he says, still deadpan, "Came with the job. Nice office, company car, abusive boss, cynicism. You know-- I had to negotiate for the cynicism? My boss tried to force me to be happy all the time, but I told 'im it wasn't worth the paycheck if I couldn't be a dick to people."

Harry smirks a little at that. Okay, the banter is good. It's making him feel like him again.

["So all this time I've been moping, and what I really need? The one thing I hoped for? I was getting it. I just needed a fucking break. And what about...you guys? The audience? You don't want me moping and bitching for the next...however many episodes or whatever the hell it is, right?"]

"So where're you sitting? I could come by you, let you do this in person. This camera always gets my bad side." Harry's smirk widens a little, but his tone is still deadpan. "Whaddaya say? Pretty...pretty sure these screen cracks make me look fat, too."
