Hello Everyone!
Hello! This is Jantra and Gann, your mods. SO... Jantra is writing this post on both of our behalf to talk to you all. ^_^
We want this to remain a small, intimate sort of game where there's a lot of player interaction with each other, with us, and with the Station and the Worlds around it. Gann and I are excited to play both our mod-characters that we so adore as much as if we were part of the game ourselves. We're sorry if you're looking for something more structured than this- we're working on it but that's part of the reason we want to stay small. We want to be able to play with all of you as mods, play the NPCs needed... etc. (No seriously if there's something that needs to be fixed/done/this sucks let us KNOW! Only way to improve!)
While we know the basic plot, we want you guys to run with it. Have fun. If you need something from us, shoot us a PM or a plurk and we'll be happy to work it in, or do something with it.
If you're in a thread and going "I don't know X about the Station", we can give hints or just tell you outright. SPECIALLY because this is the beginning of the game and it's always tough working that out. We should have a basic map going soon. I know some of you got openers with numbered sections - if you look at the main Station image in any of the mod/game profiles, you'll see it has four basic sections visible and a hidden fifth. They go counter clockwise starting at the upper right (the section in front of the planet) which is 1, and 5 is the one hidden behind the ship to the right.
Lastly, thanks. I (Jantra) was really nervous about opening up a game but you guys have already started to make this awesome. I know a lot of you have heard from me on Plurk (I need to start adding more of you!) and yes, I post lots of things there.
Just so you know, we are CLOSING apps soon. We never expected so many people to jump on board so quickly, so we decided to actually start proper app cycles. I think they'll be closing in a day or so and will reopen mid-next month. Our first event will be happening later this week! Small getting-started-event.
We're super excited to do this, and we're not sorry for the things we inflict or already have inflicted on your characters. :3
